Dental cleanings

• Prophylaxis - (healthy hygiene visit) - $125

This type of hygiene visit is designed for patients who are healthy overall who have minimal plaque and tartar build up and localized inflammation/bleeding if any.

• ​Scaling in presence of inflammation - (gingivitis cleaning) - $135

This type of hygiene visit is designed for adults and children with overall inflammation, bleeding, and moderate to heavy plaque and tartar build up. Due to the amount bacterial growth more time is needed to complete the procedure.​

• Full mouth debridement - (removal of heavy tartar to determine course of action) - $165

This type of hygiene visit is designed for patients that have gone for longer spans of time without routine care. When tartar build up limits the ability to diagnose the overall health of tooth structure and gingiva. This visit will be followed by a subsequent dental hygiene visit that will be determined based on the initial findings.

• Non-surgical gum therapy - (scaling and root planning or deep cleaning):

1-3 teeth (per quadrant) - $190

4+ teeth (per quadrant) - $265

​This type of hygiene visit is designed for patients with active periodontal disease. Bone loss/recession/inflammation and bleeding are present. This is the removal of bacteria from above and below the gum tissue. This type of procedure is completed in two visits, each lasting two hours per visit. Non-surgical gum therapy gives patients experiencing active periodontal disease the therapy they need in order to stabilize and arrest their condition. We will utilize high strength topical anesthetics to make sure you are comfortable. This type of procedure is followed by three or four month periodontal maintenance appointments to manage and maintain the disease.  Patients with more advanced needs may need to be referred to a specialist.​

• Periodontal maintenance - (follows non-surgical gum therapy) - $145

This procedure follows the completion of non-surgical therapy. Patients will be given customized homecare plans. With more advanced hygiene visits and frequent periodontal evaluations, the goal is to minimize and arrest disease. It will aid in reducing future bone loss and recession. 

• Child prophylaxis - (healthy hygiene visit) - $95​

X-rays

We utilize the latest technology in digital dental x-rays, which minimizes radiation exposure and maximizes patient comfort. We work with Pearl Digital AI technology to aid in detecting cavities, bone levels, calculus, and other lesions.

• ​Full mouth set of x-rays - $175

This will be completed at your initial comprehensive New Patient visit and every 3-5 years following. (This will be dependent on patient’s needs)

• 4 bitewing x-rays - $85

Bitewings will be completed annually, or every 18 months based completely on the patient’s needs. These are completed to evaluate dental caries, bone levels, and lesions on the back teeth. These x-rays also help ensure that we can detect any problems in the early stages, allowing us to refer to dentists and specialists before a patient is experiencing pain or sensitivity. Without x-rays we are not able to fully diagnose a patient's needs and prevent more costly dentistry.  ​

• Screening of patient - $40

• Fluoride varnish - $45 - helps to prevent cavities and reduce tooth sensitivity.

• Sealant *per tooth - $55 -This is a thin protective coating to help prevent decay on the biting surface.

• Protective restoration - $110 -temporary filling.

• Temporary recement crown - $110

• Teeth desensitizing treatment - $40 per tooth.

• Silver Diamide Fluoride (SDF) - $40 per tooth - (aids in slowly down or stopping tooth decay) This is completed every annually or biannually.​
