We accept all patients regardless of insurance status.

We are in-network with MaineCare. All other insurances are accepted as an out of network provider.

As an out of network or self-pay patient you will be responsible to pay for services on the date they are rendered. These fees will be discussed prior to your appointment, and payment will be required in full on the date of service.

As a courtesy for out of network patients we will provide patients with a claim form and copy of the services that were provided on the date of service. Patients will then submit to their insurance company to see if they are able to be reimbursed. With out of network patients we do not work with your insurance provider so it is your responsibility to follow up with them in regard to the claims you submit.

For in network patients dependent on your plan, you may be responsible for a co-payment or deductible. This is due on the date service is rendered.
